What comes with every crane
A crane that arrives without its papers sits at your gate while the clock runs. Ours arrive ready to work.
- Licensed operator with the crane for the full hire period.
- Valid third-party inspection certificate for the crane and its lifting gear.
- Insurance and vehicle registration, with copies sent before mobilisation for your gate pass.
- Load chart check against your load and radius before we confirm the machine.
- Signed daily timesheets, so the invoice matches the hours worked.
- No charge for breakdown time, and a repair or replacement arranged by us.

Choosing the right capacity
A crane's rated capacity is what it lifts close to its own body. The further the load is from the crane, the less it can lift, so the radius matters as much as the weight.
Load weight
The weight of the item including rigging, lifting beams and any packaging or skid.
Lifting radius
The horizontal distance from the centre of the crane to where the load is picked up and set down.
Height
How high the load must go, including the building or obstacle it has to clear.
Access and ground
Space to set the outriggers, ground condition, overhead lines and the route into the site.

Hire terms
Simple terms, stated on the quotation before you confirm. Every rate can be quoted with fuel or without fuel, whichever suits your site.
Daily hire
For single lifts and short jobs. Minimum hours and the overtime rate are written on the quotation.
Weekly hire
For installation work that runs several days, at a better daily rate.
Monthly hire
A crane stationed on your project with agreed working hours and one monthly invoice.
Questions we get asked
How quickly can you send a quotation?
The same day, and usually within the hour if you send the load weight, radius, location and date.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Dubai Investment Park and supply cranes across the UAE. Mobilisation is priced according to the site location.
What documents will I receive?
Third-party inspection certificate, operator licence, insurance and vehicle registration, sent before the crane leaves for your site so you can arrange the gate pass.
What if the crane breaks down on my site?
You are not charged for the downtime, and we arrange a repair or a replacement crane.
Can you also move the load after lifting it?
Yes. We supply flatbed and lowbed trailers as well, so the lift and the transport come on one booking and one invoice.
