Two ways to hire a flatbed
Most of our flatbed work is one of these. Tell us which, and you will have a quote within an hour.
A truck and driver on your site
- Flatbed and licensed heavy-vehicle driver for the length of your project
- Fixed monthly rate, agreed in writing before the truck arrives
- Quoted with fuel or without fuel, to suit how your site runs
- Driver accommodation and site transport arranged as agreed with you
- Signed daily timesheets and one monthly tax invoice
- Replacement truck if ours is off the road, with no charge for the downtime
One load, from pick-up to delivery
- Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman and the northern emirates
- Abu Dhabi-plated flatbeds for work in Abu Dhabi
- Jebel Ali and Khalifa Port pick-ups, yard transfers and site deliveries
- Pick-up and delivery confirmed in writing, with the agreed rate
- Crane to load and offload at either end, on the same booking
- Driver and truck details sent before the pick-up for your gate pass
- Arrival photo from the driver at each end
What comes with every flatbed
One call covers the truck, the driver and, if you need it, the crane to load and offload at either end.

- At your site before the agreed time, tracked by a member of our team around the clock.
- A photo on arrival, sent by the driver the moment the truck reaches your site.

Questions we get asked
Do you rent flatbeds by the month?
Yes. Monthly hire is a flatbed and licensed driver assigned to your project for the full month, at a fixed rate agreed in writing. Hours and trips are recorded on timesheets signed on site every day, and you receive one invoice each month.
Is fuel included?
Either way. We quote with fuel or without fuel. On monthly project hire, some clients provide fuel and driver accommodation at site, and the rate reflects that.
Do you move cargo between emirates?
Yes. We move cargo within Dubai and to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. The quote depends on the route and the waiting time at each end.
Do you have flatbeds for Abu Dhabi?
Yes. For work in Abu Dhabi we supply Abu Dhabi-plated flatbeds, so the truck is registered to operate there. Tell us the site and the dates, and we will confirm the truck with your quote.
Can you load and offload as well?
Yes. We supply mobile cranes from 25 to 300 ton, so one booking covers the lift at each end and the move in between.
What if the truck breaks down?
We send a replacement, and you do not pay for the time the truck was off the road.
